Individuals coming from and residing in Croatia
Anyone with a startup idea in the ‘Pre-seed to early’ stage
Anyone with a startup idea no matter the industry of the startup
Must be aged 20-28 at the moment of applying

After submitting your application, our team will review it. If selected, you'll be invited to participate in further stages, which may include a video pitch and an interview with our selection committee.
Scale 2.0 is open to early-stage founders who are based in Croatia and between the ages of 20 and 28 at the time of application. We welcome founders at the pre-seed to early stage of their startup journey, and the program is industry agnostic, meaning startups from any field are encouraged to apply
Scale 2.0 is a fully funded program. This includes travel, accommodation, meals, and program activities, both in Croatia and New York City. No equity is taken from your startup.
By joining Scale 2.0, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in two dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystems—Vodnjan, Croatia, and New York City. You’ll receive ongoing support and mentorship, helping you refine your startup and personal growth. In addition to accessing a global network, you’ll have the chance to connect with top industry experts, successful founders, experienced mentors, investors, and key figures from New York City’s vibrant startup and finance community.
The Scale 2.0 program consists of five key components: a virtual pre-program phase, a 5-day in-person program at Infobip’s campus in Vodnjan, Croatia, a pitch competition, a 7-day in-person program in New York City, and a 2-month "Scale and Collaborate" phase designed for continued growth and collaboration. Each part is designed to give you practical experience, mentorship, and the resources needed to scale your startup.
